Are all pieces handmade?
Yes — every piece of pottery is individually handmade. No two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in shape, glaze, and size are part of what makes handmade pottery so special.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each item is one-of-a-kind and made in small batches, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons other than breakage upon arrival.
Each piece is handmade with care, and we do our best to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the piece and the packaging.
I will review the photo and decide whether to send a replacement or offer another solution.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days after purchase, unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside Canada?
At this time, we ship within Canada and the U.S. only. If you live elsewhere and would like to place an order, please reach out — we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.
Can I pick up locally?
Local pickup is available from the studio.

How should I care for my pottery?
Each piece is made from durable, high-fire stoneware and glazed for everyday use.
Dishwasher and microwave safe (though hand washing is always best).
Avoid sudden temperature changes (like pouring boiling water into a cold mug).
Treat handmade pottery with care to ensure it lasts a lifetime.
